What India actually pays for a drink
Official rates tell one story. The receipt tells another. Every submission below is a real price paid at a real shop, bar or restaurant somewhere in India — not a government notification.

Why retail ≠ bar ≠ restaurant
The same 750ml of whisky can cost ₹350 at a government wine shop, ₹900 at a bar, and ₹1,400 in a five-star restaurant. Each venue type is tracked separately — they're completely different economic stories.
State lines add another dimension. The same bottle can be 2–3× cheaper across a border because every state sets its own excise duty, MRP cap and retail model. That's what the colour coding on the map is showing you.
